We will take care of the rest.
Prep & Staging
We will come in and start to clear out cabinets and display the items on tables. We provide all the necessary staging tools to professionally display your items. Everything will be carefully organized and staged to encourage buyers interest.
Pricing
All items will be priced at "fair market" value. Antiques and art are researched and appraised to ensure the best price and optimal outcome overall.
Advertising
Public advertisements are shared on social media platforms, emails to potential customers and Estate Sale websites.
Signage & Sale Setup
Professional signage is used to direct traffic to your sale. We also post signage inside and out to provide information to customers, including: Entrance and exits, do not enter, no smoking, general pricing, etc.
The Sale
During the sale we have one entrance and one exit to safeguard your merchandise. We will have a cashier and a person to help load heavier items.
After the Sale
Left over items can be kept by you or donated. We can submit a charitable donation slip to you for items donated. We can refer trusted house cleaners or haul-away services for any remaining items if you desire.
Payment
Within a few days after the sale we will send you a certified letter with a cashiers check along with an outline of items sold as well as the key to the residence.

We will handle everything from start to finish, with no out of pocket expense to you. Please feel free to contact us so we can assess your needs over the phone and determine what type of sale or service would work best for you.
Free In-Home Consultation
During our visit, we'll tour your home together while you let us know which items you are keeping and which you want us to sell. If we determine that an estate sale is right for you, we will move forward with scheduling a day to begin prepping and staging the home.
Professional Staging Tools
We provide all the necessary staging tools to professionally display your items. Everything will be carefully organized and staged to encourage buyers interest.
Realtor Coordination
If you are selling the home, the Realtor can contact us so we can arrange to have flyers put out during the sale.
