There are no out-of-pocket expenses. We work on a commission basis from the sales proceeds, so you pay nothing upfront. Our fee comes from the final sale amount.
Most estate sales run for 2-3 days. The entire process from initial consultation to completion typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the size and contents of the estate.
After the sale, we can arrange for donation of remaining items to local charities. We provide a charitable donation slip for your records.
No, you do not need to be present. Many of our clients prefer not to be there during the sale, especially if it involves a loved one's belongings. We handle everything professionally and securely.
All items are priced at fair market value. Antiques, art, and collectibles are researched and appraised to ensure the best possible price. We use current market data and our extensive experience to price items competitively.

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards at all our sales. All sales are final.
Photos and descriptions of items are posted on our website and social media before each sale. In-person previews are typically not available to ensure fairness for all buyers.
We do not provide delivery services, but we can recommend local movers and delivery services. Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases.
