No warranties or guarantees are provided. • We accept cash (no $100's), Credit Cards (Venmo, Cash app Zelle also available) No checks. • Prices are marked or negotiated at the sale. Unless you have a valid resale license, we must charge California sales on all purchases. • Buyer is responsible for moving and loading all purchased items. Please bring help for large or heavy pieces. • Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and staff. Home is lived in and monitored. Please do not disturb tenants. • No large bags, purses, or backpacks allowed inside the sale. • Heirloom Estate Solutions are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home.
